The Matrixx Group, Inc., a supplier of general purpose and custom compounded thermoplastic materials, has acquired substantially all the assets of QTR, Inc., a manufacturer of custom compounds based on recycled polycarbonate and other engineering resins. Both the companies are based in the US.
Pursuant to acquisition, the assets of QTR and the engineered resins product line of Matrixx Group will be combined into a new company, Matrixx-QTR.
