Holland Company announced today that it has reached agreement to
acquire Christler Chemical & Plastics, Inc. (CC+P), headquartered in the
Pacific Northwest effective at the close of business on December 31,
2012.
The acquisition strengthens M. Holland's position in plastic resin
distribution by enhancing its distribution capabilities in the
Northwestern United States and Western Canada and further deepening its
engineering thermoplastics resins technical expertise.
