A. Schulman to operate Stryker distribution centre in Q2 2017

Plastic compounds company A. Schulman Inc (NasdaqGS:SHLM) reported on Monday that it will inaugurate its new distribution centre at its Stryker, Ohio plant to serve customers located in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin.
The Stryker distribution centre, which will be operational in the second quarter of calendar year 2017, will offer warehousing and repackaging services to the local customers. In addition, the customers located in the area will benefit from the closer location and faster delivery times.
According to the company, the Stryker plant will be now re-opened as an extension to its existing warehousing and distribution business in order to address the needs of the local market.
In conjunction, the company stated it offers its materials for a wide range of distribution grades for automotive, industrial and consumer applications.
