Producers Issue New Polyethylene Price Increase

At least two major Polyethylene producers, including Dow Chemical Company and Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, have issued a fresh $.05/lb price increase for September Polyethylene sales.
This increase is in addition to the $.09/lb implemented June/July and the $.05/lb increase currently on the table for August.
We have yet to see others follow suit, but expect to see the rest of producers issue nominate a similar September increase.
